Since 1991, I have been living and cooking in the Hamptons, located on the eastern tip of Long Island, New York. Here we have an abundance of farm fresh produce, incredible seafood, farm fresh chickens, eggs and cheese.  These are the staples that inspire me to create delicious and beautiful dishes for my clients.

As a private chef I will customize your menu, based on the foods you love, your needs and how you like to entertain; whether it's for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Or if you have a house full of weekend guests I can shop, cook and fill your refrigerator with freshly prepared food and groceries for your weekend stay.

My menus are always tailored to your tastes and dietary needs.
When available, I use seasonal and locally sourced ingredients to create unique dishes that are flavorful and fresh.

The Hamptons have become a destination for conferences and professional retreats hosted in private homes. In this setting I can create meals for your small group during the course of your event.

No meal is complete without something sweet. I have an array of dessert offerings that will put the finishing touches on any meal. 

 

I DO COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS

In a cooking demonstration, I do the cooking while you relax, watch and learn. The goal is that you are entertained, with friends or colleagues, and that you learn and experience what I consider to be a culinary performance in the kitchen.

Observe techniques and follow recipes as I prepare each course. Each dish, upon completion, is served to the guests with a glass of wine that has been pared to that dish. These are intimate and interactive classes which are a great deal of fun.

All you’ll need is a group of 12 people or more to organize a demonstration. Just like a cooking a class, you choose the menu based on the theme of the event . 

 

I DO PRIVATE COOKING CLASSES

Whether it’s a private one-on-one class or a ten-person group, these classes are always fun and a great learning experience. First we determine the level of the students, and then create the menu. Some popular themes are ethnic cuisines; pizza making; “small plates” class with wine pairing; a baking class or a series of 101 classes to learn the basics. The group class limit would depend on the size of your kitchen or preferred class location.

Girls night out, bridal showers, couples night out, corporate team building activities and birthday parties are all perfect occasions to book a private customized cooking class.
